General Attendees
If you have already pre-registered, then it is really easy!  Just follow our Guides to where registration takes place.  You will find our associates sitting with boxes in front of them.  Each box is divided by the first letter of your family name.  Go to the appropriate associate with the right box, let them know your name, get your pass and you are all checked in!
Do not panic if your pass is not there, chances are there are just one or two technical issues we need to figure out with your presence.  So work with our registration team and we will have you all sorted out in no time!
Once you got your pass, you can proceed downstairs to get your conference bag and programme.
